Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your business hours?

    We offer e-bike delivery and pickup services 7 days a week, between 8am and 6pm. Please note, we are a mobile e-bike rental and delivery company. We do not have a physical storefront.

  • How much does it cost to rent an E-Bike?

    We charge per bike, per day, with discounts for multi-day rentals. Our costs are as follows:

    • 1 day: $159
    • 2-3 days: $135/day (15% off)
    • 4+ days: $119/day (25% off)
  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver exclusively in Sedona Arizona. Delivery within the Sedona area code 86336 is free of charge. Delivery within Sedona, but outside of the 86336 area code (for example, the Village of Oak Creek) will include a $20 transportation fee. 

  • What types of E-Bikes do you have?

    We have several RadRunner 2 Electric Utility Bikes and offer FREE Accessories with every rental! Specifications are as follows: 

    • Rider Height: 4’11” - 6’2” 
    • Rider max weight: 300 lbs
    • Hub motor: 750W
    • Mileage Range: 25 - 45 miles
  • Can I ride my E-Bike on the trails?

    E-bikes are not legal on Sedona’s Trail System. You are not permitted to ride our e-bikes on any singletrack trails in Sedona. You can, however, ride to trailheads and lock the e-bike securely in the parking lot while you hike our beautiful trails. 

  • How old do I need to be to ride your E-Bikes?

    You must be 16 years of age to ride our e-bikes.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    Cancelation policy:

    • Reservations canceled 15 days before your delivery date will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee. 
    • Reservations canceled less than 15 days before your delivery date will receive a 50% refund. 
    • Reservations canceled less than 24 hours from your booking will receive no refund. 

    We offer Peek Booking Protection for a small additional fee at checkout! this means your booking will be protected so you can receive a reimbursement in the event you need to cancel less than 24 hours after your booking. Think of it as insurance on your booking, that way you will never have to worry about inconveniences costing you!

  • Do you offer same day reservations?

    Same-day reservations are not available online. Give us a call to check on same-day availability. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards for bookings online.
